Our main products include screw elements, barrels, mandrels and integral alloy sleeves. We adopt self-developed high-performance materials such as WR4, WR5, WR13 and nickel-based alloys, which greatly enhance overall performance and service life compared with conventional W6 material.

Our products are widely used in lithium battery new materials, plastic granulation, wood-plastic profiles, powder coatings and other industries. They are compatible with mainstream extruder brands at home and abroad, and non‑standard customization is available. We also provide free screw configuration optimization to help customers increase production capacity and reduce operating costs.
