2BW series water (liquid) ring vacuum pumps

 

Water ring vacuum pumps have been widely applied in industries such as chemical engineering and pharmaceuticals due to their working principle and structural characteristics.

In normal applications, the working fluid of water ring vacuum pumps is mostly discharged directly, as shown in the picture.

The water discharged by the water ring vacuum pump enters the large circulating water pool or is directly drained away.

This water supply and drainage method is convenient to connect and simple to use, and is widely adopted in practical applications.

However, if the extracted medium contains organic solvents, toxic substances, etc., the usage method shown in the figure has the following disadvantages:

When the water ring pump is extracting gas, the gas being extracted mixes with the working fluid, and the water discharged from the drain port may contain some organic solvents and toxic substances.

Due to the large amount of water discharged, it has exerted great pressure on environmental protection.

Water containing organic solvents and toxic substances will release harmful gases, aggravating environmental pollution.

3. The extracted organic solvents are not easy to recover and thus are wasted.

In view of the above problems, more and more chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises have adopted the closed-loop circulation system of water ring vacuum pumps.

The main features of the closed-loop circulation system of the water ring vacuum pump are as follows

1. The unit is supplied as a complete set of equipment, including gas-liquid separators, heat exchangers, frames, internal pipelines and other accessories, which is more conducive to the installation of users and can be greatly reduced

Short installation period for users.

2. The working fluid can be recycled in the form of water or various chemical solvents, significantly reducing the environmental pollution caused by the chemical industry.

3. If the extracted medium is used as the working fluid, the extracted medium can be recovered.

4. The 2BW series closed-loop system needs to be designed based on the user's inlet conditions, cooling water conditions, exhaust port conditions, etc., and is a non-standard product.
