2BV series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors 

The 2BV series water ring vacuum pumps are suitable for extracting gases and water vapor, with an suction pressure that can reach 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree). When the water ring vacuum pump operates for a long time under an intake pressure close to the ultimate vacuum (the saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid), a cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump. When used as a compressor, its maximum pressure can reach 0.26MPa(absolute pressure). As a new generation of energy-saving products, the 2BV series water ring vacuum pumps will comprehensively replace the SK and 2SK series water ring vacuum pumps as well as the W, WY and WL series reciprocating vacuum pumps of the same performance with their outstanding performance and numerous advantages.

The 2BV2-Ex and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps/compressors are mainly used for extracting explosive gases and operating in various flammable and explosive environments. Their performance parameters are the same as those of the 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.

Main features

The direct connection design of the motor saves space, is easy to install and convenient to maintain.

All imported mechanical seals from abroad are adopted as standard configurations.

All are equipped with cavitation protection pipe interfaces. If operating under ultimate pressure, opening the cavitation protection pipe interface (or connecting it to the separator) can maximize the protection

Eliminate the cavitation sound while verifying the suction effect and protect the pump.

The 2BV series is standardly equipped with stainless steel impellers, and the 2BV2 series is fully equipped with stainless steel discs/impellers. High strength, durable and improved for the pump

Corrosion resistance. If all the flow-through components are made of stainless steel, they can operate in more harsh environments.

The unique flexible exhaust port design will not cause over-compression, ensuring that the 2BV series operates at its best efficiency within its performance range.

All adopt Y2 series motors, with protection grades of IP54 and IP55(the common one is IP44), and insulation grade of F absolute green (the common one is B absolute green).

All imported bearings of NTN or NSK are adopted.

The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump can achieve that all flexible seals are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which can greatly extend the service life of the vacuum pump under harsh working conditions.
